How do I return an item purchased from Ceylan Foods?

At Ceylan Foods, we aim to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, replacement, or refund within 5 days of receiving your order.

We also accept partial returns, allowing you to return one or more items from your order.


Steps to Request a Return

1. Contact Customer Support
Please email our support team at enquiries@ceylanfoods.com within 2–3 business days of receiving your order.

2. Provide Order Details
Include the following in your email:

  • Order ID
  • Request type (Return / Replacement / Refund)
  • Clear images of the product
  • Copy of the invoice

3. Return & Processing

  • Once your request is approved, we will arrange product collection within 2–4 business days.
  • All returned items must be in their original condition, with packaging, seals, labels, and barcodes intact.

Important Notes

  • Items that are used, damaged, or missing original packaging will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
  • Refunds or replacements will only be processed after the returned items are received and inspected.
